Our return/exchange policies are designed to be EASY!  A no-fuss, straightforward return/exchange policy is what every online shopper deserves.  And, we have done our best to deliver on that idea.  Check out our Return / Exchange policy below.


We have a 14-day return policy (periodt)  Which means you can return your product back for any reason.  Regardless if you bought the wrong color, size or just changed your mind, we are not going to sweat the details.

Just contact our Care Team, let us know what needs to be returned and we will guide you thru our super easy return process.

What Can Be Returned?

Anything that you bought on our site can be returned with the exception of any clearance, used, opened, or worn items.  Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept these items back. We hope you understand why these items cannot be returned.


If you prefer to exchange your item, we can help you with that too.  Items that are exchanged must meet the same criteria as any returned products.  In other words, your item cannot be on clearance, used, worn, or opened to be exchanged.  Starting an exchange is just as simple as a return.  Just contact our Care Team and we will assist you with your exchange.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you've received an incorrect item, this return is on us.  Just contact our Care Team and let us know what went wrong with the order and we will be happy to make it right.  Our Care Team will advise you on how we can correct this for you.  Please do not dispose of any products unless otherwise advised to do so.

Return / Exchange Process

Simple is the keyword! To start your return/exchange please follow the procedures listed below.

  1. Contact our Care Team to notify us of your return.  You can reach us by phone, email, or by using our contact form on our contact page.
  2. Prepare your item for return.  When returning your item, make sure to pack it properly and with sufficient postage.  We do not refund or provide return postages or labels.
  3. Once your item is received and processed we will issue a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
  4. If we are processing an exchange for you, once your item is received we will issue a coupon so that you can select the correct item.  Please keep in mind that we do not cover shipping charges on exchanged items.
